The Payroll Manager (sole role) role involves:
This is an in-house Payroll position using Iris, processing Payroll for circa 150 staff (monthly), statutory year end returns, p60, dealing with all salary queries, and maintain the monthly payroll account. There will also be an opportunity to improve processes and procedures. Some of the tasks are still quite manual so someone who can come in with new ideas and drive the Payroll function forward will be ideal.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate for the Payroll Manager (sole role) role will:
- be an experienced Payroller with work history in a similar role (ideally with end-to-end monthly payroll experience in a stand alone role
- You will ideally have had some experience of improving processes and procedures / automating tasks
- live locally and be a driver (ideally, as the offices are easier to access via car)
What's on Offer
The Payroll Manager (sole role) role offers a competitive salary of £27-30,000 (possibly up to £32,000 for the right candidate).
The business also offers a monthly bonus incentive scheme as part of their remuneration.
Hours: Mon-Thurs 9-5:30m, Fri 9-5pm
