Job Description

The successful candidate for the Payroll clerk position will be responsible for:

  • Resolving payroll queries
  • Providing prompt and accurate payments to staff
  • Ensuring that Payroll is processed within agreed deadlines
  • Liaising with staff and managers to communicate and solve queries
  • Providing support to senior staff members
  • Ad hoc payroll duties
  • Administrative maintenance of the finance system
  • Adhering to relevant payroll legislation
  • Working as part of a team

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate for this position will ideally have previous experience processing payroll, however more junior applicants may also be considered. Strong administrative and IT skills are essential, along with an organised approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
