· Process monthly Timesheets & payroll for approx. 500 employees. ·
Collate some monthly timesheets for Group companies and process in line with company requirements (Regional area timesheets will be collated onto payroll spreadsheets by the Payroll Administrators for entry into Pegasus)
Processing/emailing of monthly payslips/amended payslips
Responsible for maintaining and updating payroll processes
Processing P32, P11D's, P46 Car forms, statutory year-end returns and P60s.
Deal with employee salary and payroll queries · Processing of Tax code notices.
Responsible for creating, maintaining and updating all payroll processes.
Responsible for all reporting from payroll in line with HR and business requirements.
The Successful Applicant
·Previous computer accounts system experience is required.
MS Outlook, Excel (Advanced) and Word skills.
Knowledge of statutory payments as appropriate i.e. SSP, SMP, SPP, SAP · Previous knowledge of running a payroll essential.
