About Our Client
A well established business, with a reputation for excellent customer service, are recruiting a Payroll Manager to join their team.
As a Payroll Bureau Manager, you will report into the Practice Manager, responsible for the management of all payroll services.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: manage a team of payroll Senior/Assistants; manage client portfolio and ensure effective delivery of payroll services; motivate the team, identify opportunities for future development; appraisals; respond to and resolve complex payroll queries.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will:
- Have knowledge of working in a Payroll Bureau - Essential
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
- Have strong IT skills, particularly Sage50 - Essential
