Job Description

The key responsibilities for this role will include the following:

  • Processing new starters and leavers
  • Processing monthly payroll for staff
  • Resolving any issues
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure efficiency
  • Ad hoc duties to support the HR and/or Finance Teams when busy
  • Managing holiday pay, sick pay, maternity pay

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate for this role will possess the following candidates:

  • A proven track record in a similar role
  • Good working knowledge of PAYE, Pensions and Current legislation
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft and/or ITrent is desirable)
  • Communication skills
  • A problem solving attitude - ability to improve efficiency
