About Our Client

My client are a specialist recruitment business, based in the heart of Guildfrod.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities for the Payroll Assistant:

  • Process weekly payroll
  • Manually add time sheets onto the Payroll system
  • Raising self bills and umbrella invoices
  • Adding expenses for contractors as and when necessary
  • New starter checks.
  • New client on-boarding as and when required.
  • Setting up payment runs
  • Taking payments off sage accounts
  • Handling contractor/client queries by either phone or email!
  • Helping with sending Statement on accounts to clients as and when required
  • Assisting else where when needed

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate for the Payroll Assistant:

  • Payroll experience
  • Knowledge of Excel
  • Able to pick up systems easily
  • Good Oral and written communication skills
