Job Description

  • Processing payrolls on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Maintaining and updating payroll records
  • Liaising with employees and management regarding payroll queries
  • Assisting with year-end processes and audits
  • Ensuring compliance with current payroll tax requirements
  • Creating reports for senior management
  • Contributing to the development of payroll procedures

The Successful Applicant

A successful Payroll Administrator should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in a similar role within the Professional Services industry
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in relevant payroll software
