About Our Client
Our client is based in Central Bristol providing a fantastic working environment and great office culture! Being right in the heart of Bristol, transport links and plentiful!
As a Payroll Administrator you will be reporting into the Payroll Team Leader supporting the team in a number of responsibilities focused around the processing of Weekly and Monthly payrolls and completing Monthly Payroll reports.
You will also be expected to:
- Resolving queries, handling any complaints and escalate when necessary
- Dealing with compliance and regulatory requirements
- Maintaining invoices files and expense reports
- Administering retrospective payroll changes
The Successful Applicant
Spot on accuracy at all times is essential in this role, along with being able to work to tight deadlines and confident in dealing with conflict and queries. As a Payroll Administrator in this organisation, you will need to have a good understanding of NI, PAYE and SMP adjustments and a strong background in Payroll to enable you to hit the ground running.
Being able to communicate with employees on all levels is key, as no doubt you will be dealing with queries and a regular basis. In terms of technical ability - you'll need to be proficient in Excel!
