About Our Client

Our client is a reputable and long standing engineering company. You would need a car to get to the site. The requirement would be 3 days in the office, so if you worked 4 days you could do 1 day from home for example.

Job Description

  • Contributes to work plan, seeks process improvement; tasks initially assigned.
  • Completes work assignments timely and accurately.
  • Organises office data and information according to procedures.
  • Coordinates the day-to-day office operation (incl. visits, travel, despatch, requisitions).
  • Works on problems from team members, processes or procedures; recognises problem and communicates to others, participates in solution.
  • Takes responsibility for role within work group.
  • Manages concurrent activities involving self efficiently.

The Successful Applicant

Someone with a good administrative background who is competent using MS Office. Ideally you would be able to start in July.
