Job Description

The key responsibilities include:

  • Sales Invoice generating and checking
  • Completion of month end invoicing process
  • Pricing (in all currencies)
  • Credit exposure reporting
  • PD debt management
  • Purchase invoices coding / send for authorisation
  • Purchase ledger new supplier set up
  • New customer account set up forms collation

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have/be:

  • Organised
  • Previous experience as an Office Manager/ Administrator
  • Great attention to detail
