About Our Client

My client is a strong and respected Retail organisation based in Coventry. Due to growth they are now seeking a Part Time Accounts Assistant to join the fun working environment they have.

Job Description

The Part Time Accounts Assistant role will involve:

  • Assisting across all transactional finance duties including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Processing supplier invoices accurately and supporting in resolving supplier queries where necessary
  • Raising of sales invoices and ensuring these are issued to customers in a timely manner
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Processing employee expenses
  • Create new supplier accounts for any new suppliers and input them correctly onto Sage and Navision.
  • File all paperwork for Supplier invoices in the relevant folders.
  • Maintain all files to make sure they are all organised and invoices can be located if required.

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this Part Time Accounts Assistant (25 hours weekly) you will need strong experience in Accounts Payable and a willingness to assist colleagues and work in a fast paced environment. You will be computer literate with strong communication skills.
