About Our Client
My client is a leading business based in the West Midlands with operations across the world. They have an immediate requirement to recruit a highly skilled and professional P2P Lead (Global Process Owner) to join their SSC to support the ongoing development and transformation of the service.
The P2P Lead (Global Process Owner) will be responsible for:
Design and implement relevant policies to support the P2P process
Manage the transformation of the P2P service ensuring relevant policies and procedures are updated/implemented to ensure optimal service delivery
Identify process improvements utilising latest technologies to support in the provision of a best in class service
Proactively mitigate risks associated with the end to end process and help drive resolution of escalated issues
- Provide clear leadership ensuring staff of all levels within the service are appropriately managed, trained and development to maximise potential and drive performance levels
- Ensure the maintenance of high level of engagement with stakeholders across the P2P process and wider global business
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role you will be required to have significant P2P specialism, having lead large diverse teams within SSC environments previously. Experience with SAP would be a huge benefit but is not essential. You will be a self starter, with real passion and flair to support in transformation and process improvement whilst also leading on all aspects of operational management and leading a large AP function.
