Job Description

As a Customer Service Executive you will be responsible for:

  • Generating new business through telephone calls and e-mails
  • Generating and contacting new business leads
  • Solving queries from clients via telephone and e-mails
  • General administration tasks
  • Building strong relationships with potential clients
  • Converting leads and calls to new business
  • Contribute to the success of new initiatives
  • Quality Assurance tasks
  • Working to all company policies and procedures

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service Executive will:

  • Have excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Have a professional and polite telephone manner
  • Have the ability to build and nurture relationships with internal and external Stakeholders
  • Work well as a team
  • Have excellent organisation skills
  • Work well with daily and weekly targets
  • Focus on the quality of work produced rather than heavily rely on quantity
