As the Operations Administrator you will be responsible for:
The opening and maintaining client's records, liaising with our offices and custodians to ensure all actions are correct. You will maintain a good knowledge of all systems utilised by Operations and carry out regular ad hoc reconciliations as required by regulatory standards and departmental management. The role will also expose you to more technical aspects of the financial systems.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Operations Administrator will:
Have strong administration experience
Be immediately available
Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office and general technological confidence
