Job Description

As the Office Manager in Central London, you will:

  • Manage facilities across multiple offices, including restocking, health and safety and maintenance
  • Manage a first class front of house presence
  • Help recruit and on-board across multiple positions
  • Manage office expansions, refurbishments and modernisation
  • Manage business support staff
  • Work within a supportive business support network in which you will spearhead
  • Coordinate engineers, cleaning and maintenance staff
  • 1-2-1s and appraisals
  • Help drive a positive, fun office culture
  • When necessary, attend international business trips to oversee office changes

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in applying for this role of Office Manager in London, you will: - Have experience managing staff

- Experience in managing offices internationally

- Experience in facilities management

- Experience in managing multiple office projects

- Managed a medium to large office space
