This role is 5 days in the office.

Job Description

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Organising events and travel arrangements
  • Managing a good relationship with vendors
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
  • Support department heads and staff in organisational tasks

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Office Coordinator' should have:

  • Experience as an Office Coordinator or Team assistant is desirable
  • Exceptional organisational and coordination abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Qualifications in business administration or relevant field

  • An annual salary of approximately £30,000 - £34,000 GBP, plus benefits and perks
