About Our Client
They are a multi cultural company with their head office being based in Europe. they work on infrastructure projects across Africa and are currently working on projects in Ghana, Uganda, Angola and Benin. They have a small office in London that is growing and you will work very closely with your colleagues in Europe and across Africa.
Job Description
This is a very varied role. You will ensure that the office is running smoothly, ordering supplies, answering the phone, meeting and greeting, doing basic HR and finance duties too such as invoicing and processing. You'll also book travel for the small team in the office there. There will the the opportunity to take on other projects too as directed by your team in London and also Europe.
The Successful Applicant
You will have worked in an office environment previously, ideally within a multi cultural environment. You will be flexible, have good MS Office skills, be looking for a long term and varied role. Fluency in Spanish and/ or Portuguese would be beneficial, but certainly isn't essential.
What's on Offer
£25,000 - £35,000 (depending on the candidate)
