Job Description

As a Marketing and Merchandising Manager you'll have these key responsibilities:

  • Strategic Development: Craft, implement, and evaluate forward-thinking marketing and merchandising strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate, guide, and mentor a diverse team, fostering creativity and growth.
  • Brand Representation: Uphold and magnify our brand's voice, ensuring all efforts echo our values.
  • Agency Collaboration: Leverage external agencies and internal design teams to amplify our brand's reach.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences for impact.
  • Merchandise Management: Oversee product selection, pricing, and promotion in alignment with marketing strategies.
  • Campaign Execution: Coordinate end-to-end campaign processes, evaluating results for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open channels with stakeholders at all levels for alignment.
  • Budget Management: Allocate and oversee marketing and merchandising budgets for ROI.

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Candidate will have the following skills:

  • Educational Qualifications: CIM qualified (level 6) or equivalent.
  • Experience: Agency or in-house branding/design team experience.
  • Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and create innovative strategies.
  • Strategic Mindset: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Leadership Qualities: Proven ability to inspire teams and elevate performance.
  • Authenticity: Passion for representing brand values and communicating authentically.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility in a rapidly changing market and business environment.
  • Communication Skills: Proficiency in communicating complex ideas effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous execution of projects.
  • Experience in B2B and B2B2C marketing.
