Our Automotive client are growing the Milton Keynes arm of their corporate business and due to growth are looking for a studying Management Accountant to come in and ad value to their Finance team. They are a huge corporate business that has been trading for the last 40 years and have sites up and down the the UK. The Milton Keynes office currently has top finance professionals who all work together to a common goal of improving themselves individually and as a cohesive unit.

Job Description

The successful Management Accountant will be responsible for:

  • Owning the Month End process including analogical review.
  • Seeking areas for business improvement
  • Collaborating with the FC prioritising implementation
  • Partnering with existing Management Accountant on developing enhancements to Accounts Payable and Receivable
  • Assisting on board pack prep
  • Supporting on statutory reporting
  • AD HOC Commercial Analysis
  • Assisting with VAT or CT returns
  • Driving business efficient

The Successful Applicant

The successful Management Accountant will:

  • Will be ideally Part Qualified in ACCA/ACA/CIMA
  • Good Academic background
  • Will ideally be used to a corporate environment
  • Be comfortable with a changing environment
  • Be experienced in Management and Statutory Accounts
  • Strong Communicator both written and verbal
  • Advanced Excel
  • Great understanding of Month End
  • Have experience of some form of implementation
