Job Description

The role entails the following duties:

  • Customer service
  • Order processing
  • Setting up contracts and new clients on our dedicated system
  • Communicating with merchants, farmers and drivers
  • Take control of IBC orders and IBC stocks across various terminals and suppliers
  • Support of commercial manager
  • Routing of vehicles
  • Checking invoices
  • Creating reports on our dedicated system and through Excel
  • General office duties such as filing, photocopying etc
