About Our Client
Page Personnel have partnered with one of the UK's leading Foods importer/exporter based in Northolt. They are now looking to add another talented Logistics Coordinator to their highly talented team.
Job Description
As Logistics Coordinator, you will be reporting directly into the Purchasing and Logistics Manager and can expect to have the following responsibilities:
To organise all transport out of the company
- Liaising closely with the sales admin team and deal with any queries relating to our UK transport.
- Book all deliveries into Empire Northolt warehouse and 3rd party warehouses, ensuring the volumes and timings are in line with warehouse capacity and requirements.
- Check and process all UK transport and storage invoices in a timely manner.
- Ensure that that Order chasing spreadsheet and warehouse calendars are always up to date.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Logistics Coordinator will come with he following skill-set:
- Experience in organising transport in the UK
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work and communicate confidently and collaboratively with external customers and internal colleagues.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Experience in working in FMCG is desirable
