Job Description

The Legal Credit Controller will be:

-Working to company policy in collecting of debt by ensuring company targets are achieved

-Working towards Solicitor Accounts Rules

-Identifying client disputes to ensure it is resolved in a timely manner

-Working towards KPI's outlined by the company

-Confident in working on the telephone and face to face meetings when required

-Working ledger analysis and reporting to the Credit Manager

-Support the Firm's personal development initiatives and any departmental projects

The Successful Applicant

The successful Legal Credit Controller MUST have the below qualities:

-Credit Control or Collections (professional) experience / Legal massive advantage

-Able to work towards targets focused environment

-Understanding of aged debt on a business is desirable

-A proven track record of negotiating under pressure

-Able to work independently as well as part of a team

-Can work towards deadlines

-Microsoft including Excel
