About Our Client

My client is a large business based in Southampton.

Job Description

  • Provides 1st and 2nd Line End User Support
  • Performs analysis, diagnosis and resolution of support incidents
  • Administer the help desk process and systems
  • Sets up new users and decommissions leavers (End User Hardware and Access to Applications)
  • Manage end user hardware including telephones, mobile phones, tablets, laptop and desktop computers
  • Support Operating System (Currently Windows 10)
  • Conduct remote device management
  • Manage Active Directory (Creations, Deletions, Passwords and Group Maintenance)
  • Maintain accurate software and hardware asset records

The Successful Applicant

  • Passion and understanding of the IT and Technology landscape
  • Good written and spoken English communication skills including an ability to articulate technical subjects to non-technical users
  • Fast learner with the ability to work on their own as well as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A problem solver
  • Driven and Self-Motivated with a focus on ensuring our business operates efficiently and effectively
  • Demonstrate an organised approach to their work
