Job Description

Responsibilities of the Recruitment Coordinator:

  • Assisting with advertising of vacancies on job boards, social media etc
  • Initial screening of applications
  • Conducting telephone interviews with candidates
  • Booking face to face interviews with hiring managers
  • Collating interview outcomes, obtaining and reviewing completed interview documentation
  • Managing the movement of candidates through the onboarding process using the ATS system
  • Obtaining necessary documentation from candidates in line with the Safer Recruitment protocol
  • Processing DBS applications
  • Ensuring appropriate stocks of application forms and recruitment paperwork is maintained in the homes
  • Setting up and populating new staff files for successful candidates
  • Assisting Recruiters with recruitment administration as necessary

The Successful Applicant

The successful Recruitment Coordinator will have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a high volume recruitment role
  • Experience of social media recruitment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly create rapport
  • Enthusiastic, resilient and self motivated to seek out the very best candidates to join our passionate team
  • Customer focused providing a professional and efficient service to external candidates and to our Home Managers across the group
  • Well organised and efficient with a good eye for detail
