About Our Client
My client are well-respected leaders within the retail industry who are looking for an experienced payroll specialist to join them on an interim basis and help with the implementation of new systems.
The main responsibilities of the interim payroll specialist are to assist with the implementation of the new payroll system. You will liaise with the HR director to make key decisions in relation to the implementation and work with them to make the transition successful. Other key duties will include:
- handling of compliance and governance information
- Managing of small payroll team
- Uploading of payroll information to the system
- Reviewing pay implications
- Utilisation of Dayforce
The Successful Applicant
To be successful for this role you would be a candidate looking for a hands on role to hit the ground running with and bring an enthusiastic energy to the team. You would need to be an experience 'all round' payroller or payroll specialist who has assisted with the implementation of new systems in a previous role and is able to work around the intricacies of a new system.
