Job Description
Main responsibilities of the HRIS analyst:
- Day to day management of the HRIS system and integrity of the data.
- Ensuring that work flow processes are documented.
- Develop new work flows , including build and trial.
- Produce bespoke reports as and when required.
- Production of training material for new and existing users.
- Manage and work through any issues raised.
- Undertake regular account reviews.
The Successful Applicant
- Previous experience of working as a systems administrator on HRIS
- Knowledge of HR and payroll processes.
- Supplier account management
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Confident presenting training.
