Job Description

Main responsibilities of the HRIS analyst:

  • Day to day management of the HRIS system and integrity of the data.
  • Ensuring that work flow processes are documented.
  • Develop new work flows , including build and trial.
  • Produce bespoke reports as and when required.
  • Production of training material for new and existing users.
  • Manage and work through any issues raised.
  • Undertake regular account reviews.

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience of working as a systems administrator on HRIS
  • Knowledge of HR and payroll processes.
  • Supplier account management
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Confident presenting training.
