About Our Client
The organisation is currently going through an exciting transition phase and you will play a pivotal role in delivering on strategic business objectives - more specifically operational and system efficiencies across HR, Payroll and Benefits.
The company is offering a very competitive salary (above the market rate), fully flexible work from home model (with an office base in Cardiff).
The company has recently implemented ITrent across HR, Payroll and Benefits and they are looking for an experienced leader do maximise the systems full functionality to streamline and automate HR/Payroll processes.
ITrent experience isn't essential - other system background will be considered as you will have ITrent consultants and IT professionals to leverage from.
In the early stages there are some critical items to implement and efficiency improvements by automating processes. The end goal is to automate processes, have interfaces working correctly so that data going in and out of the systems is functioning correctly.
Your total budget per annum will be £90,000 for projects and maintenance across the HRIS systems.
This role reports into the Head of HR Key duties will involve but not be limited to:
*Lead and support on HR people system related projects
*Lead and support on Payroll / Benefits related projects
*Development of system hierarchies
*Deliver training on HRIS - be the system expert
*Planning, testing and implementation
*Run employee forums to gather feedback on HRIS and Payroll systems
*HR and Power BI reports to senior management
*Comprehensive understanding of both general ledger and pension interfaces to troubleshoot and investigate anomalies through to recommending fixes or workarounds
*Provide regular updates to the Head of HR Shared Services to demonstrate priorities, progress and risks for onward communication to the Leadership group and other appropriate stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate:
*Must have 3-5 experience + in a HRIS / HR Analyst role
*Must demonstrate experience in HR/Payroll system implementation
*Must be able to engage with other key stakeholders to drive projects forward
*Ideally Itrent experience although this is not essential
