Job Description

  • Managing the recruitment systems and handling recruitment enquiries
  • Screening CVs for a wide variety of job roles
  • Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
  • Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
  • Advertising positions internally and externally
  • Provide constructive feedback to candidates in person, via telephone or in writing
  • Assisting line managers with recruitment requisitions
  • Administering appropriate company assessments
  • Providing ad-hoc support to other HR projects when required

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience of working in a multi-discipline recruitment environment, either in an in-house recruitment team or recruitment agency
  • An awareness of HR and the services it provides to a business and its employees
  • The ability to prioritise effectively and work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to work under pressure with changing priorities
  • Attention to detail, highly organised and efficient
  • Effective diary management
  • Ability to work well independently and within a small team
