Page Personnel are supporting a busy distribution organisation based in Burton on Trent with the appointment of a HR Officer to join a busy People function.
Due to the nature of this sector, this role is 100% office based working.
This is an exciting role suited to a HR Administrator/Assistant/Coordinator looking for the next step in their career.

Reporting to a HR Manager, the HR Officer will support with all generalist People matters at a busy site, this will include but not limited to:
- Work with stakeholder and offer advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Support with recruitment at this busy site
- Involvement in employee relations casework
- Ensure all staff training and development is up to date
- HR reporting and KPIs
