Our client are a fast based Fin-tech firm. Based within Zone 1 of London. They offer hybrid working and excellent progression opportunities and exposure within HR.
The key responsibilities for a HR Graduate will be varied and give you a good introduction to the HR function. A variety of duties such as employee life cycle and benefits will help you to up-skill your HR knowledge.
The Successful Applicant
You will be degree educated with a clear interest in HR. Ideally you will have done a placement year, have a HR internship or gained some professional experience in a corporate setting gaining experience to transfer in to a HR setting.
A 2:1 or above is desirable as is Financial Services experience.
