The client is an International Manufacturing Organisation with multiple sites across Europe and the US.

Working as part of a close-knit team of 5, you will be given the autonomy to drive change across your employee group.

Starting salary is between £30,000 and £35,000 with free on site parking.

Job Description

Job scope:Generalist and Advisory Support Services:* Advise line managers on employee relations matters* Work with, and advise, line managers on the development of effective organisational structures, change management programmes and the design and delivery of associated people management processes* Development of policies and procedures to ensure employment practices represent fairness, consistency, equity and compliance with statutory regulations and employment lawRecruitment / Talent Acquisition:* Work with external recruitment providers to ensure a high standard of response and delivery pace* Brief and coach hiring managers on interview and selection structures, protocols and techniques and assessment method* Work with HR Manager to establish job grading through the market data job benchmarking process* Develop detailed Talent Acquisition plan for each recruitment campaign, outlining key milestones to meet service delivery timeline agreement.* Consult with line manager\BP on service delivery model and inter-dependencies with recruitment campaign.New joiner experience:* Ensure hiring manager accountabilities to this are delivered effectively* Ensure HR accountabilities within the programme are delivered* Work with hiring managers to ensure that intermediary goals are assigned for first 90 days\probationary period

Talent Management\Employee Engagement:* Undertake train-the-trainer to develop own skills and knowledge to be able to train new hires\line managers on corporate processes such as merit planning, performance management, Ethics Awareness, SDP\TIR etc.* Work with HR Manager and Talent Management on the implementation of employee engagement surveys.* In conjunction with line managers conduct annual training needs analysis within designated area of the business; identify individual and group training needs, consolidate into site training plan

*Have a CIPD qualification or working towards

*Strong foundational knowledge to HR and Employee Relations
