About Our Client

Our client is based in St. Albans, due to growth they are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join their team. They are looking for an experienced HR professional with a background in Business Partnering who can come on board and join their supportive HR team.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Support the management team with strategic advice
  • Manage HR operations and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Participate in the development of organisational policies
  • Drive the HR function to deliver effective and efficient services
  • Conduct regular reviews of HR policies and procedures
  • Manage talent acquisition, development and retention strategies
  • Promote a positive company culture and employee engagement

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Business Partner should have:

  • Proven experience in HR Business Partnering, Operations and Strategy development
  • Excellent knowledge of HR functions and best practices
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Live locally to St Albans, able to travel when necessary (hybrid working)
