The small start up SME client is undergoing an exciting period of growth and needs HR support with policies, procedures, employee handbook, recruitment, culture and general HR advice on a part time consultancy basis paid by the hour.
You will be expected to bring new ideas to the table and use your initiative to determine business needs and where HR support is needed.
The organisation needs solid policies, procedures and a HR foundation in place ready for the predicted growth ahead.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will be at advisor level up to business partner / manager level.
You MUST have experience in setting up new policies and procedures.
You MUST have initiative and be able to advise (ideally experience advising MD's and CEO's in a scale up / start up business)
You MUST be CIPD level 5 and ideally level 7 qualified
