About Our Client

A charity based in Chertsey.

Job Description

- Assisting with the recruitment process by posting job adverts, reviewing CV's, and conducting initial screenings
- Coordinating interviews and maintaining interview schedules
- Assisting with new hire onboarding, including preparing offer letters and conducting orientation sessions
- Managing employee records and ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Completing HR staff compliance in line with CQC regulations
- Assisting with HR projects such as performance management and training programs
- Providing administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining HR databases on our ATS system

The Successful Applicant

- Experience working in a HR role (preferred)
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with employees at all levels
- Basic knowledge of human resources principles and practices
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritise deadlines
