Our client based in Manchester is one of the UK's most well-established financial solutions providers. A family run business established 19 years ago.

Job Description

  • Maintain accurate employee records by using our internal HRIS
  • Assisting with onboarding processes
  • Assisting with offboarding / termination processes
  • Assist payroll manager with payroll duties
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Prepare monthly reports
  • Provide support during disciplinary processes including arranging hearings, taking minutes and providing outcomes
  • General HR administration

The Successful Applicant

  • Sage 50 payroll experience
  • Familiarity with HRIS; ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Be proactive, always being self-sufficient
  • Have good Computer literacy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations
