About Our Client

This is a Housing Association based in London

Job Description

Request references, DBS checks, right to work documents, verify DBS identity documents
Generate and send contracts and offer letters to candidates.
Keep an MS Excel onboarding tracker 100% up-to-date and accurate at all times
Process new joiner to OHG payroll in line with payroll processing deadlines.
Liaise with candidates by phone & email to explain onboarding processes and manage them towards a start date.Provide regular and ad-hoc updates to hiring managers on the progress of their on-boarding candidates.
Update HR files with all relevant compliance documents.
Update our HRIS (Zellis ResourceLink) with all relevant information required for on-boarding and payroll processing.
Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team to ensure great candidate experience.
Work independently with a high volume of on-boarding candidates.
Utilise problem solving skills to resolve bottlenecks.
