About Our Client
The client is a Financial Advisor with a presence in five different countries in Europe offering strategic financial advice to their clients. With plush offices based in the West End of London, this HR Assistant will join the growing team and gain exposure to HR and Financial Services.
The candidate does not need previous HR experience or a degree as you will begin learning all the aspects of HR from the ground up. As a HR Assistant, this will include recruitment, the employee life cycle and other HR projects.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will demonstrate that they are a committed and hardworking individual by having good A Levels results, but a university degree is not necessary. The client is looking for a entry level candidate with no previous experience, although some office or corporate experience, with a strong interest to learn and develop in the HR field is a must. The individual must be professional and understand the confidentiality requirements when working as a HR Assistant, and be willing to learn and develop their skills.
