Job Description
- Posting and managing job adverts and responses
- Acting as a first point of contact for employee queries
- Scheduling interviews
- Supporting with re locations, visas and policies
- Managing the ATS and ensuring it is updated with accurate, timely information
- Looking after all types of HR administration
- Assisting with HR projects
The Successful Applicant
- 1 year of HR experience in a Financial Services firm
- Degree educated or equivalent
- Strong use of PowerPoint
- Some admin experience preferred
- Academically motivated
- Professional, articulate and be flexible when needed
