A well respected Investment Management Firm based in West London. Operating in a fast paced, professional environment across the globe are in search of a HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join their established HR team.

Job Description

  • Posting and managing job adverts and responses
  • Acting as a first point of contact for employee queries
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Supporting with re locations, visas and policies
  • Managing the ATS and ensuring it is updated with accurate, timely information
  • Looking after all types of HR administration
  • Assisting with HR projects

The Successful Applicant

  • 1 year of HR experience in a Financial Services firm
  • Degree educated or equivalent
  • Strong use of PowerPoint
  • Some admin experience preferred
  • Academically motivated
  • Professional, articulate and be flexible when needed
