HR and Payroll Administrator responsibilities:

  • HR and Payroll Systems administrating
  • Process monthly Payroll accurately
  • Sickness monitoring
  • Appraisal Exercises
  • Dealing with recruiting process
  • Employment reference and feedback
  • Process new starters and leavers
  • Prepare reports and analysis as required

The Successful Applicant

Successful Hr and Payroll Administrator:

  • At least 1 year experience within HR and Payroll
  • Strong attention to details, organisation and time-keeping
  • Strong knowledge of IT and Microsoft
