You will be working for a well-known Healthcare company based in central London.
Job Description
The key responsibilities of the HR Advisor for this Healthcare company will be as follows:
- Responsible for the provision of all HR Advisory support to managers and employees.
- Ensuring that all HR policies, procedures and standards are applied consistently and equitably.
- To proactively case manage employee relations activities and provide expert professional advice and guidance on all human resources issues.
- To monitor and support HR processes
The Successful Applicant
The successful HR Advisor will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Graduate level education
- Fully CIPD qualified or working towards
- Computer literate - knowledge of Workday desirable
- Knowledge of relevant HR policies and procedures
- Solid experience in Human Resources providing complex HR advice in a multi-disciplinary organisation in either the public or private sector.
- Case management experience of sickness absence, disciplinary and grievance is essential including experience of hearing grievance and disciplinary cases is essential
- Experience of working with the medical profession is desirable
- Knowledge of the principles, tools, techniques, and developments in HR management
What's on Offer
This HR Advisor role is a permanent opportunity, but the client would consider temp-permanent OR contract.
- Hours: 9-5pm or 8-4pm
- This role is OFFICE BASED, there is no hybrid working available
- 25 days plus bank holidays (over 5 years extra day)
