About Our Client
The HR Advisor role would be based in the Head Office in Central London.
The HR Advisor role has several key responsibilities:
- Being responsible for recruitment across all functional areas, and to be aware of the recruitment life cycle.
- Providing first line support advising managers & employees appropriately on all matters relating to employee relations, terms & conditions, company policy and employment law
- Developing and delivering various workshops on HR related topics.
- Providing support to the HR Business Partner for all annual activities in a timely and accurate manner
The Successful Applicant
The successful HR Advisor will either be fully or partly CIPD qualified, with current knowledge of employee relations and employment law.
Ideally you will have worked within a similar role (Beauty or Retail field preferred but not essential).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft packages.
What's on Offer
The salary for the successful HR Advisor is £35,000 - £40,000, plus several benefits including retail discounts, reduced work hours on Fridays and an excellent pension scheme.
