A growing business in the Eastbourne area are seeking a HR Administrator on a permanent basis.

Job Description

As HR Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and managing HR files
  • Producing HR reports
  • Ensuring that the HR inbox is actioned
  • Dealing with employee queries
  • Coordinating new starters and leavers and ensuring that all the administration of these is up to date.

The Successful Applicant

  • Good excel and HR systems skills
  • Previous knowledge of working in a busy HR department
  • Knowledge of GDPR
  • Eager to progress within HR
