Due to growth in business the HR team are looking for a dedicated administrator to join them on a 9 month contract with the potential to progress.

Job Description

  • Supporting the HR team in daily administrative tasks.
  • Managing employee records and updating internal CRM databases.
  • Assisting in the recruitment process by coordinating job posts.
  • Managing the HR inbox and actioning incoming requests accordingly.
  • Assisting in the organisation of HR documentation.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Communicating with staff from other departments.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Administrator should have:

  • Experience in an HR/Recruitment Administrative role.
  • A strong track record working with a CRM system.
  • Strong organization.
  • The ability to prioritize and use initiative.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Aptitude in problem-solving.
