HR Administrator - 5 month temp with view to extend - Farnborough
The role of HR Administrator is to support the HR Manager in delivering an effective HR service to the organisation, ensuring the effective delivery of a broad range of HR administration.
Currently working a combination of home and office work. Hours of work must be full time as there are many changes happening in the business but with some flexible on start and finish time

The Successful Applicant

You must have a few years in HR administration, with some experience in driving HR admin processes forward

Experience in an organisation with remote employees and field based ideal.
Able to network with the wider business as part of this role
HR systems would be an advantage but not essential
A can do and positive outlook is essential and able to adapt to change.
A pro active and supportive attitude is essential.
Good team player
