About Our Client
A well know London based charity.
The key responsibilities of the Grants Officer will be to:
Support the Charity Finance team to ensure details of SPF claims/reimbursements are accurate and in-line with SPF Terms of Reference
- Maintain an up-to-date record of all special purpose funds that is accurate and accessible for fund-raising teams
Work closely with the fund-raising team to identify suitable special purpose funds for restricted and specific donations
- Support the Grants & SPF Manager to help ensure the relevant information is access able to the fund-raising team
- Take the lead on a new project alongside the Communications Executive to produce an effective reporting framework
- Lead on the administration and maintenance of the new Grants Management system once it is in place
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have experience working in an administrative role and a finance or fund raising background will be highly desire-able.
An understanding of charity commissions and grants will be highly desirable.
You will be confident at handling data sets of complex information, and will have the drive to grow this role in order to maximise it's effectiveness in the upcoming grants strategy.
You will have a proactive approach to workloads and will be someone who is able to work on their own initiative.
Exposure to Access Dimensions would be desirable, but not essential.
