Job Description

The key responsibilities of the role of GP receptionist are:

  • Dealing with patient queries/appointments
  • updating patient records
  • Dealing with referrals
  • Scanning and coding
  • Any other admin tasks as required.
  • Inputting information onto EMIS system

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate MUST have :

  • Good knowledge of EMIS systems
  • Good telephone manner
  • Be familiar with scanning and coding
  • Flexible
