- Permanent Global Talent Administrator role working for a FTSE 250 firm in London

About Our Client
The client is a global FTSE 250 firm with offices across Europe, Asia and America and is recognised as a leader in its industry. This role will sit in the Aldwych office in London, reporting into the Global Talent Director, working collaboratively with 3 others in your direct team, although the role sits within the wider HR team which is much larger.
Job Description
· Manage and deploy the communications strategy for each leadership programme
· Act as the initial point of contact for programme participants and respond to ensure a high level of service
· Act as the initial point of contact for individual coaching requests
· Launch individual coaching assignments
· Monitor individual coaching assignments to ensure that progress is on track
· Monthly utilisation reports, including insights and recommendations for improvements
360 System
· Monthly utilisation reports, including insights and recommendations for improvements
· Administrator for the Talent & Performance system
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience providing support to a HR or related team in an administrative capacity. You may currently be a Team Assistant to a HR team or PA to a HR Director, or you may be a Talent Administrator looking for a new challenge.
You must have strong organisational, coordination experience from a fast paced, global, professional organisation.
You must have had global exposure in your role and be highly organised and have strong attention to detail.
