Job Description

Duties include:

  • General Ledger processes
  • Ensuring statutory and group reporting is complete
  • Responsible for month end close timetable
  • Cost centre reviews
  • Ensuring prepayment and accruals are accounted for/managed
  • Balance sheet management
  • Accruals and prepayments
  • Journals
  • Preparing R2R packs for monthly meetings
  • Delivery of supporting documents for compliance
  • Accurately analyse financial information
  • Ad hoc duties

The Successful Applicant

The Successful candidate will:

  • Have previous experience of R2R/General Ledger Accounting - essential
  • Have experience working within a shared service centre business - essential
  • Be able to work efficiently and meet deadlines - essenitaL
  • Have experience using SAP account system - desirable
  • Be part qualified ACCA/CIMA or Qualified by experience - desirable
