Job Description

As a Front Office Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the office team
  • Delivering a high level of customer service
  • Maximise room occupancy at best rates and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services
  • Ensure up to date knowledge of hotel products, services, and pricing
  • Monitor staffing levels to cover business demands
  • Conduct meetings and produce minutes
  • Responsible for recruitment and training

The Successful Applicant

To be successful as a Front Office Manager you will need:

  • Min 3 years experience of management within the hospitality sector
  • A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
  • IT proficient
  • Commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication and ability to work under pressure
