Job Description
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be looking after the French Customer Base and will be first point of contact for customers ensuring a high end service at all times. You would be involved with dealing with any enquiries, taking orders over the telephone, processing orders on the system, dealing with any emails coming into the business and updating the databases.
The Successful Applicant
No experience would be required but must be fluent in French
A good telephone manner
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Good organisation skills
